Hawkerman
Highly-acclaimed Brighton-based Indian restaurant The Chilli Pickle had given over part of its space to Hawkerman, a pop-up inspired by the hawker markets of Singapore.
Hawkers spend years developing and mastering their culinary offering over generations, and Hawkerman is a respectful tribute to their artistry and skills. The design concept was based on the ‘journey’ that an individual undertakes to become a master of their art.
